President Trump Welcomes Families of Injured Guard Soldiers to the Presidential Residence
Former President Donald Trump revealed on Sunday that he has asked the relatives of a National Guard member tragically killed last week to visit the White House.
He mentioned that he conversed with her family and they were “deeply grieving”.

US army specialist Sarah Beckstrom, 20, was fatally shot in a attack on last Wednesday in the nation's capital.
Her colleague, Andrew Wolfe, twenty-four years old, is still in the hospital in serious condition.

The president stated he’s discussed a White House visit for the loved ones of both individuals of the West Virginia National Guard.

“She had a lot of kindness and she definitely had fortitude,” the governor told the audience at the service. “Though her time was cut short, she has left a mark that’s going to last forever.”
